Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate to welcome customers in our Scottsdale boutique, guide them to the perfect coffee match, and provide an inviting experience beyond simple sales.

You will greet, listen, and tailor recommendations while maintaining a polished boutique and participating in tastings and promotions. Flexibility to work open/close shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to greet and engage customers in a retail boutique.
• Willing to work open/close shifts, weekends and holidays.
