Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate to welcome customers at our Boston boutique. You will guide guests to discover their perfect coffee match, provide an inviting experience beyond sales, and help build our customer base with product knowledge and tastings.

You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, are a people person, and can handle open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays. Training will set you up for success and opportunities for growth and rewards.

Formación

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible to work open and closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Patience and resourcefulness for on-the-spot troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Brand Advocate for sustainability and exceptional guest experience.
• Customer obsessed and hospitality driven; greet and engage guests.
• Listen, learn, and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Provide tastings and display product knowledge to grow sales.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain an inviting boutique environment.
• Maintain boutique operations and safety, assist with shipments and displays.
• Participate in ongoing training to prepare for success beyond day one.
