Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and manage daily operations.

• Communicate clearly with GM, store owners, and team members.
• Handle administrative duties including ordering inventory and deposits.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and assist on shift.
