Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop or similar fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of daily store operations, drink quality standards, and service fundamentals.
• Ability to lead by example, give and receive feedback, and step into any role as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and initiative without supervision.
• Completion of required training modules and understanding of brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and daily operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing staff development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment prioritizing guest experience.
• Communicate clearly with General Manager, owners, and team.
• Handle inventory orders, deposits, and invoices.
• Help uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Step in during GM absences as a reliable on-shift leader.
