Job summary

You will assist with onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing team development, while communicating clearly with the GM and team. Responsibilities include inventory management, deposits, invoices, and maintaining health and safety

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or similar setting.
• Strong grasp of daily store operations and drink quality standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable with initiative and ability to work without supervision.
• Completes required training modules and understands brand values.

Responsibilities

• Lead team with General Manager to maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment focused on guest experience.
• Communicate clearly with GM, store owners, and team members.
• Handle administrative duties including inventory, deposits, and invoices.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Lead during GM absences and act as a reliable decision-maker on shift.
