Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager who is proactive, guest-focused, and ready to lead a fast-paced cafe team. You’ll partner with the General Manager to uphold operational excellence and support staff development while promoting a positive, growth-oriented store culture.

You’ll lead by example, balance accountability and teamwork, manage onboarding and training, ensure drink quality and service standards, handle administrative duties, and step in as a reliable decision-maker on

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop or similar fast-paced setting.
• Strong grasp of daily store operations, drink quality standards, and service fundamentals.
• Able to lead by example, give and receive feedback, and step into any role as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and ability to take initiative without supervision.
• Completion of required training modules and understanding of brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and continual team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment prioritizing guest experience.
• Communicate clearly with GM, store owners, and team members.
• Execute administrative duties including ordering inventory, deposits, and invoices.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and serve as a reliable on-shift decision-maker.
