Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. You will partner with the General Manager to steer daily operations, support onboarding and ongoing staff development, and uphold guest-centric service standards.

You will lead by example, reinforce brand values, and ensure a safe, inclusive workplace while maintaining quality drinks and smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a fast-paced setting (coffeeshop experience preferred).
• Strong grasp of daily store operations, drink quality, and service fundamentals.
• Able to lead by example, give and receive feedback, and adapt to roles as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Proven reliability and ability to take initiative without supervision.
• Completion of required training modules and a strong understanding of brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment focused on guest experience and team well-being.
• Communicate clearly with the General Manager, store owners, and team members.
• Perform administrative duties including inventory ordering, deposits, and invoicing.
• Help uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and serve as a reliable on-shift decision-maker.
