Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is looking for an Assistant Manager who will work closely with the General Manager to drive daily store operations and staff development. You will balance accountability with coaching, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and a positive store culture.

As a proactive leader, you’ll manage onboarding, training, and team development while maintaining high standards for drink quality, service, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop or similar fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of daily store operations, drink quality, and service fundamentals.
• Ability to lead by example, accept feedback, and cover any role as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven reliability and initiative without supervision.
• Completed required training modules with knowledge of Ziggi’s brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment prioritizing guest experience.
• Communicate clearly with the General Manager, store owners, and team members.
• Perform administrative duties including inventory orders, deposits, and invoice entry.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and act as a reliable decision-maker on shift.
