Job summary

The Shift Lead will demonstrate leadership, knowledge of recipes, and efficient kitchen and server flow. Responsibilities include training teammates, handling payments, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings and late nights.
• Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time.
• Climb a ladder and use a step ladder.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Be knowledgeable of all recipes and secret menu items.
• Be aware of all stand processes and procedures.
• Oversee shift operations: drink quality, customer interaction, speed, music, and energy.
• Communicate with stand management about personnel, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Ensure accurate payments and correct change.
