Job summary

Farmer Brothers in Denver is seeking a Coffee Service Route Account Representative to provide relief coverage for established routes, deliver, merchandise, and service beverage stations while identifying revenue opportunities through promotions and pricing actions.

You will support warehouse operations, assist with cycle counts, and handle customer matters as assigned, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Route delivery experience and customer service exposure preferred; foodservice experience desired.
• Clean driving record and comfort working independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, replenish, and rotate coffee/tea and related products at every assigned stop.
• Clean equipment, verify functionality, and complete one daily CQC (Cup Quality Check).
• Follow the Farmer Brothers customer call process; make additional sales calls when time permits.
• Meet the daily service schedule; escalations as needed.
• Maintain accurate invoices, inventories, and collections while on route.
• Execute merchandising standards and promotions to improve Revenue per Stop.
• Report inefficiencies, customer issues, or new opportunities discovered during relief coverage.
• Assist with warehouse duties, inventory cycle counts, AR collections, and customer service activities as needed.
• Learn basic repairs/adjustments on brewing equipment.
