Job summary

Farmer Brothers is seeking an OCS Route Sales Representative to deliver and merchandise coffee and tea products along a set route, ensuring beverage stations are stocked and presentable. You will build relationships, resolve issues quickly, and drive revenue stop by stop while supporting route relief and on-site operations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, DOT physical, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load and deliver on assigned route, replenish and rotate coffee/tea items at stops.
• Check brewers and equipment; perform daily Cup Quality Check.
• Follow service schedule to ensure timely delivery and service.
