Job summary

Community Coffee is seeking a Route Relief Sales Representative to support Sales Manager by planning relief for routes and ensuring uninterrupted service to customers. You will deliver products, maintain inventory, and promote satisfaction during relief periods.

The role requires daily travel between locations, with a strong emphasis on accurate record-keeping, customer interaction, and equipment servicing to uphold our service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience required.
• Route sales and cold calling experience in a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan relief schedules with the Sales Manager.
• Deliver products and maintain inventory at customer locations.
• Solicit additional product purchases to drive sales.
• Collect payments and manage daily route deposits.
• Maintain truck inventory and ensure product freshness.
• Service and install coffee brewing equipment at customer sites.
• Record sales, inventory, and delivery data accurately.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events.
