Farmer Bros. USA is seeking an OCS Route Sales Representative to deliver, merchandise, and service coffee and tea programs along a designated route. You will build relationships with customers, perform basic equipment checks, and support on-site collections while driving revenue at each stop.

You will follow standard processes, learn brewing basics for minor repairs, and collaborate with the team to optimize store beverage stations. A valid license and DOT considerations apply for driving.

Qualifications

• Route delivery experience is a plus.
• Background in customer service preferred; foodservice experience is a bonus.
• Clean, strong driving record.

Responsabilités

• Load, deliver, replenish, and rotate coffee, tea, and related items at each stop.
• Check brewers and equipment, clean as you go, and perform a Cup Quality Check daily.
• Follow the daily service schedule to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Manage invoices, inventory, and on-site collections while on route.
• Drive Revenue per Stop by closing distribution gaps and promoting core items.
• Escalate issues quickly to the ASM and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer-related projects as assigned.
• Learn brewing equipment basics to make minor repairs or adjustments.
• Use The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell to build loyalty and make opportunistic sales calls.
