Job summary

Farmer Brothers is seeking a Coffee Service Route Account Representative to cover established routes, deliver and merchandise coffee/tea at customer stops, and identify revenue opportunities through promotions and pricing actions. The role supports warehouse operations and AR collections as needed.

The position operates on a typical Monday–Friday schedule, with potential overtime. Candidates should have a valid driver's license and comfortable working independently on the road.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, replenish, and rotate coffee/tea and related products at each stop.

• Support with basic repairs/adjustments on brewing equipment.

You’ll deliver, merchandise, and service beverage stations to standard, while identifying revenue opportunities through seasonal/LTO promotions, pricing actions, and closing distribution voids.
