Job summary

Peet's Coffee, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician for our 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:30 am–4 pm) in Minnesota. You will operate roasting, grinding, or packaging lines, ensure safety and quality, and maintain production records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year production experience preferred.
• Able to read and understand production documents and safety manuals.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate roasting, grinding, or packaging as production schedule requires.
• Maintain safety and food safety standards at the workstation.
• Complete QA/quality assurance monitoring tasks and records.
• Submit production records for the workstation.
• Communicate issues on production performance, quality, or safety to leads/managers.
• Assist in training new team members and temporary workers.
