Job summary

Peet's Coffee, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Member to join our 1st shift packaging team in Minnesota. You will help ensure safety, quality, and production goals on a packaging line, performing tasks from case filling to pallet stacking and sanitation.

We value teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow written safety and food safety procedures. Previous production experience is preferred; HS diploma or GED required; some computer and math basics help you succeed on the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial production facility.
• Capable of reading production documents and safety manuals.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with the production team to ensure workplace safety and product quality while meeting production goals.
• Complete packaging tasks such as case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking.
• Comply with safety rules, food safety GMPs, and quality standards.
• Report safety and quality concerns to Leadership and participate in safety meetings.
• Operate a packaging line with consistent speed and accuracy and assist with cleaning and sanitation.
• Handle material management to keep area organized and safe and use tools correctly.
• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays.
