Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support roasting and packaging operations in our Minnesota facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and help keep equipment running safely and efficiently while upholding quality standards.

The role requires 1+ year of technician experience, Minnesota electrical certification, and comfort with SCADA systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in the technician field or equivalent
• Minnesota Electrical Unlicensed certification or higher
• Basic electrical circuits knowledge
• Welding and fabricating experience
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Comfortable operating and understanding production equipment

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations by understanding the functionality and operation of all machinery.
• Monitor equipment and processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and product quality.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on all roasting and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues on production equipment.
• Maintain equipment in safe, efficient operating condition, targeting 90%+ machine uptime.
• Complete scheduled maintenance tasks and assigned work orders.
