Job summary

Peet’s Coffee Inc. is seeking a Production Team Member for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm). The role focuses on packaging coffee, maintaining safety and quality standards, and meeting production goals. You will work cooperatively with the team, perform cleaning tasks, and report issues to leadership.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to stand for 8 hours. Prior coffee industry experience is a plus, overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic math, reading and writing skills expected.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Package tasks: case filling, box assembly, pallet stacking.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on the packaging line.
• Report safety and quality concerns to leadership.
• Operate packaging equipment with care and proper tools.
• Attend safety and production meetings and trainings.
• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays.
