Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is seeking a Production Team Member for the 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. The role focuses on safe packaging, quality standards, and meeting daily production quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in industrial production, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to work well within a team. The position offers hourly pay and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an industrial production facility.
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with the production team to ensure safety and product quality while meeting production goals.
• Complete packaging tasks such as case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking.
• Comply with safety rules and food safety practices consistently.
• Report safety and quality concerns to Leadership.
• Operate on a packaging line with steady speed and accuracy.
• Willing to work overtime, including Saturdays.
