Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our retail boutique. You will greet and engage customers, guide them to their perfect coffee match, and create memorable, hospitality-driven experiences beyond selling coffee.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctual, adaptable, and personable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to create a welcoming experience.
• Guide customers to find their perfect coffee match and demonstrate products.
• Provide exceptional service and handle inquiries with knowledge of coffee and equipment.
• Promote tastings and promotions to build customer relationships and sales.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness, displays, and stock levels.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations and safety.
