Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Coaching Manager to lead a team of Guides and drive student outcomes at multiple campuses across the United States. You’ll coach Guides, launch life-skills workshops, and build a culture of excellence with accountability and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with relocation support and six-figure compensation. You’ll rely on data-driven decisions to raise performance and shape the next generation of learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or leadership.
• Experience leading five+ person teams and hiring/performance decisions.
• Proven ability to use data to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life-skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve performance.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
