Job summary

Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning and stronger mentorship. As Education Program Manager, you will coach Guides, lead life skills workshops, and motivate students toward ambitious goals. This is a player-coaching leadership role shaping K-12 outcomes across multiple campuses.

You'll leverage data and feedback to boost performance, while guiding new campus openings and creating an environment of uncompromising standards. Relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with children aged 5–14 in educational/coaching settings.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to reach ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
