Job summary

Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation in Columbus, OH seeks a Co-Occurring Professional to deliver advanced clinical services within a multidisciplinary team. You will provide group therapy and individual counseling to patients with co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions, integrating addiction recovery with 12-step principles.

You will supervise students and interns when needed, coordinate care with staff, and ensure adherence to standards of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• License to independently practice mental health and SUD services in state (examples: LPCC/LMFT/LICSW).
• Must be trained in Rule 31.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days (remote employees exempt).
• Background check required and NPI number needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical services including assessment, individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention and ongoing care planning.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Provide supervision to students and interns to develop clinical competencies and ethical practice.
