As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will conduct assessments, individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and ongoing care planning, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the program

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in behavioral health.
• State license to practice mental health/SUD in MN (LPCC/LMFT/LICSW).
• Must be trained in Rule 31.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days.
• Background check clearance.
• Individual National Provider Identification (NPI) number.

Responsibilities

• Provide substance use disorder and mental health treatment per Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation standards.
• Deliver group therapy and individual counseling.
• Assess and diagnose, provide crisis intervention and ongoing care planning.
• In the absence of the program manager, assume leadership and supervise students/interns.
• Coordinate communication of patient information with internal/external resources in line with confidentiality policies.
