Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Co-Manager to support the General Manager, lead by example, and help build a winning team.

You will drive store performance, develop talent, and bring RaceTrac’s mission to life by making guests’ lives simpler and more enjoyable. You will lead a guest-first culture, coach Shift Managers, manage operations to maximize sales and profitability, and ensure food safety, compliance, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team through training and coaching.
• Empower teams by setting clear expectations and leading by example.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across all shifts.
• Assist in executing store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Drive promotional execution and ensure food service compliance.
