Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Co-Manager to be the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager, leading by example, and helping teams deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

As a Co-Manager, you’ll drive store performance, develop top talent, and bring RaceTrac’s mission to life: making people’s lives simpler and more enjoyable, while mentoring shifts and ensuring food safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
• 1+ year of management experience preferred
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales
• High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed
• Willing to obtain and maintain food handler and alcohol server permits (if required)

• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: Cultivate a guest-first culture, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and efficient; Mentor and support Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching; Empower teams by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and leading by example; Foster open communication and collaboration across all shifts
