Job summary

RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking a Co-Manager to support the General Manager, lead by example, and develop a winning team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving store performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage daily operations, coach team members, and uphold food safety and brand standards as part of a comprehensive leadership path within RaceTrac.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a high-performing team by mentoring Shift Managers and teammates.
• Drive store-level strategies to improve sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, cash control, and accurate promotions execution.
• Maintain food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability across all shifts.
• Schedule staffing and coordinate with the General Manager.
