Qualifications

• Experience in coaching and developing teams in retail or food service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across shifts.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture with welcoming and efficient service.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and lead by example.
• Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Drive promotional execution and food-service compliance.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards.
• Provide performance feedback and accountability across the team.
