RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to act as the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager, leading by example, and guiding teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences daily. Qualifications

• Experience in retail/food service leadership required.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Comfort with reading and acting on business metrics (P&L, labor, sales).

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a high-performing team across shifts.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture with welcoming, efficient service.
• Mentor and coach Shift Managers and team members.
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and lead by example.
• Monitor operations to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and vendor relationships.
• Ensure food safety compliance and quality checks.
• Support scheduling and staffing in coordination with the General Manager.
