RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Store General Manager to lead a high‑performing store team in a fast‑paced, guest‑driven environment. You’ll coach shift managers, manage operations, uphold food safety and brand standards, analyze performance metrics, and drive sales and guest satisfaction.

This role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, collaboration across shifts, and opportunities for growth within RaceTrac’s network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in high‑volume, guest‑focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop a High‑Performing Team by coaching Shift Managers and team members.
• Support Operational Excellence through store‑level strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Champion Food Safety & Compliance with regular quality checks and audits.
• Drive Results Through Collaboration by analyzing reports and optimizing schedules and performance.
