You will drive store performance, mentor Shift Managers, and ensure safe, high-quality operations while upholding RaceTrac brand standards. Growth paths to General Manager are highlighted through leadership development and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team with guest-first service.
• Support store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Champion food safety and compliance through regular checks and training.
• Drive results by analyzing reports, trends, and scheduling to improve store performance.
