RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to be the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager and leading by example. You will drive store performance, develop talent, and ensure a guest-focused experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor team members, manage operations, and execute promotional strategies while upholding RaceTrac's standards. A strong leadership mindset and hands-on approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Cultivate guest-first culture across shifts.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team through training.
• Set clear expectations and provide feedback.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage cash control.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction through store-level strategies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocked shelves.
• Collaborate with General Manager on staffing.
