Job summary

Journeys in Dawsonville, GA is seeking a Store leadership professional to support the Store Manager and Manager In Training in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to hit sales goals and protect company assets.

You will help recruit, train, coach, and lead a high-energy sales team in a fast-paced teen retail environment while upholding Journeys culture. 45 hours/wk, night/weekend shifts, and growth opportunities to Co-Manager.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.

• Ensure initiatives are implemented per company direction.
• Supervise daily store operations in absence of Manager.
