Job summary

Journeys is seeking a motivated Store Leader to support the Store Manager and Training Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising store personnel to reach sales goals and protect company assets.

You will work with a fast-paced, energetic team, driving loss prevention, coaching, and customer service excellence to deliver a fun, full-service shopping experience for teens and families.
