Job summary

Journeys, a teen retail leader, is seeking a motivated store team member in Georgia. The role supports the Store Manager and Manager In Training in recruiting, training, and daily operations to hit sales goals and protect company assets.

You’ll coach staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and help foster a culture of teamwork and self-expression in a high-energy environment. 18+; 45 hrs/week; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and control expenses.
• Provide coaching and enforce company policies.
• Supervise daily store operations and loss prevention in the absence of managers.
• Deliver a fun, full-service experience to customers and embody Journeys culture.
