Job summary

Journeys Locust Grove is seeking candidates to assist the Store Manager and Manager in Training with recruiting, hiring, training, and leading a sales team in a dynamic retail setting. The role focuses on achieving store targets, controlling expenses, and ensuring assets protection within a Teen fashion environment.

You will contribute to an energetic team culture, participate in ongoing training, and have opportunities for rapid promotion from within as you develop toward a Co-Manager position.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Completion of all training programs leading up to Co-Manager position or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Manager in Training with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to achieve sales goals.
• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of high-caliber employees with in-store needs.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing company policies.
