Job summary

Journeys is seeking a Store Manager in Training to assist in recruiting, training, and managing store personnel to meet sales goals and protect company assets. You will support hiring, training, and coaching a high-caliber team and help ensure loss prevention and strong customer service across shifts.

Join a fast-paced retail environment that emphasizes promotion from within, integrity, and a fun, energetic atmosphere. 45 hours weekly with required night and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of high caliber employees.

• Oversee daily store operations in absence of leadership.
