Journeys is seeking a Co-Manager to assist in recruiting and training store personnel to achieve sales goals. You will supervise daily operations and maintain an energetic, fun environment for both staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Completion of all training programs leading up to Co-Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and training personnel.
• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Supervise store operations in the absence of Store Manager.
• Provide a fun, full-service experience to all customers.
• Ensure company initiatives are properly implemented.
