Journeys is a teen retail leader focused on footwear and apparel. This role supports the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, training, and managing store personnel to achieve sales goals and protect assets.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales goals experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach a sales team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be 18+ and able to work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel.
• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback and enforce company policies.
• Ensure initiatives are implemented per company direction.
• Supervise daily store operations in Manager In Training's absence.
• Resolve customer issues and provide a full-service experience.
• Communicate store needs to management.
• Support loss prevention practices.
