Job summary

Journeys is seeking a Co-Manager to assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, and leading a high-energy sales team. You will focus on achieving sales goals, managing store operations, and upholding company standards while fostering a fun, customer-first environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in retail leadership, a passion for customer service, and a track record of promoting within the organization. Night and weekend shifts are required in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales targets.
• Strong coaching and communication to enforce policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and train staff effectively.
• Willingness to work 45 hours per week including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring high-caliber employees.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback and accountability to all employees.
• Supervise daily store operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Manage Loss Prevention practices.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
• Provide a full-service, fun shopping experience.
