Journeys is seeking a Store Manager/Manager In Training to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will support recruiting, training, and coaching to drive sales goals while protecting company assets and delivering a fun, full-service customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and adherence to Journeys’ culture and standards across daily operations and loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• 6–12 months retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week.
• Night and weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of high caliber employees.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing policies.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in Manager in Training's absence.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
