Journeys is a teen retail leader offering footwear and apparel across 800+ stores nationwide. We seek a dynamic individual to assist in recruiting, training, and managing store personnel to achieve sales goals and protect company assets.

Qualifications

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training of in-store personnel.
• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Provide coaching and accountability while enforcing company policies.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.

• Train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback and enforce policies.
• Manage daily store operations in the absence of managers.
• Ensure loss prevention practices are followed.
