Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
5+ years of machine shop experience with 3+ years in leadership.
Experience in CNC machining environments required.
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Job Boss preferred.
Proficiency in CNC setup and programming (Mastercam preferred).

Responsibilities

Schedule and prioritize jobs using ERP systems and coordinate workflow to meet goals.
Lead, coach, and develop team members including training and performance management.
Monitor daily production performance and drive efficiency and throughput.
Analyze processes and implement improvements to reduce cycle time.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, GMPs, and safety regulations.
Support CNC machining operations including setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement across the operation.
