Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is hiring a Machine Shop Supervisor to join our growing team. Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, you will supervise CNC machinists and support staff to meet daily production targets with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

You will coach safety, quality and productivity, enforce work rules, and collaborate with engineering to optimize tooling and processes. Requires 5+ years CNC experience, including 2+ in leadership, and strong communication

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years in a CNC machining environment, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
Proven ability to train other employees.
Ability to prioritize work assignments.
Familiarity with GD&T and precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

Coach Safety, Quality and Productivity to meet objectives.
Communicate and enforce company work rules and policies.
Optimize throughput within budgets and cost objectives.
Lead and train employees within departments for accurate, timely work.
Plan and assign jobs based on production priorities, machine availability and skill level.
Ensure parts meet engineering drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and programming to improve processes and tool paths.
Supervise CNC machinists, operators, and support staff.
Monitor staffing levels and maintain time/attendance records.
