Cambridge Valley Machining, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct daily CNC manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will lead, coach, and develop production staff while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement. The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, 2+ years in supervision, and strong communication; familiarity with ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of manufacturing experience in CNC machining.
• Minimum two years in supervisory or lead roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and develop production employees to achieve departmental goals.
• Direct daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Lead daily shift meetings and communicate production priorities, safety information, and updates.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Programming, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
