Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years machine shop experience with 3+ years in supervision.
- Experience in CNC environments required.
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Job Boss preferred).
- Proficient in CNC setup and programming (Mastercam preferred).
- Knowledge of tooling, materials, and machining processes; Excel proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Monitor daily performance and drive efficiency improvements.
- Ensure GMP compliance and safety standards are followed.
- Support CNC machining setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage resources as needed.
