Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives, targets, and functional goals impacting business success.
• Oversee all manufacturing unit activities with clear prioritization and schedule.
• Develop and manage budget and staffing to optimize resources.
• Drive SQDC goals and champion change initiatives for short and long-term targets.
• Mentor and develop Line Central Organization to drive production excellence.
