This role emphasizes continuous improvement, daily team management, and ongoing associate development, while partnering with logistics for scheduling and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management or related field or equivalent.
• High School Diploma/GED with significant manufacturing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives, targets and SQDC goals for the manufacturing unit.
• Orchestrate and drive all unit activities with clear prioritization.
• Develop and manage the unit budget and staffing levels for optimal resources.
• Communicate ambitious SQDC goals to inspire the team.
• Lead change initiatives to meet short and long-term SQDC targets.
• Transform high-level targets into actionable goals for lines and workplaces.
• Provide 24-hour direction for the unit through the Total Manufacturing System cycle.
• Lead Daily Team Management and CI initiatives; drive effective workflows.
• Mentor Line Central Organization to achieve production excellence and associate development.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and maintain development plans.
