Job summary

BD in Sandy, UT is seeking a Line Leader responsible for a manufacturing line, driving safety, quality, and delivery, with 65% floor time and strong coaching. You will lead Tier meetings and coordinate a fast, safe, efficient production environment.

Required: High School Diploma and 5 years in a highly automated setting; leadership certification preferred. On-site presence four days a week is expected, with BD values guiding daily work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5 years’ experience in a highly automated environment.
• Professional Certification (Leadership Training, College Coursework).
• BA/BS preferred with 3 years of manufacturing automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive achievement of safety, quality, and delivery goals on the production line.
• Provide daily coaching and development for line associates.
• Lead safety programs, 5S, AM, Tier meetings, and top loss reduction.
• Analyze line losses, identify gaps, and set priorities for the team.
• Drive continuous improvement to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Support rapid resolution of production issues and uphold BD values.
