Regal Rexnord seeks an experienced machinist for a fully onsite role at our Florence, AL facility. You will set up and adjust CNC and manual machines, perform calibrations, and run programs to minimize changeovers and downtime.

Responsibilities include inspecting pieces, documenting setup sheets, and maintaining tool and coolant levels. You will follow 6S, safety procedures, and quality guidelines while training teammates and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within Power

Qualifikationen

• Ability to understand and carry out job instructions.
• Ability to use arithmetic, decimals and fractions.
• Experience with gear cutting, complex turning and milling on multiple axes.

Aufgaben

• Read and interpret setup instructions for machines.
• Set up machines or cells per instructions.
• Ensure proper tools and setup sheets are used.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspection for runs >3 pieces.
• Report malfunctions and discrepancies to supervisor.
• Follow 6S and ISO 9001 policies; adhere to API 671 guidelines.
